Your studio apartment will have the perfect blend of history and modern living; high ceilings, grand windows, exposed brick, natural beams, and stunning exterior architecture in a fully renovated historic shoe factory, outfitted with modern amenities, making the Factory on Willow a unique place to call home. The original stairwell in the center of the building has been restored and original hardwood floors are featured on floor 4, complete with shoe-polish stains!
