Apocalypse Apothecary is an interdisciplinary exhibition of new works—produced while Artist in Residency at The Factory on Willow—by Justin Tyler Tate, which includes: an immersive installation, experiential non-traditional art objects, audio and video works, drawings, workshops and a publication. The gestalt of the exhibition’s media draws connections between individual and environmental health, while simultaneously critiquing modern healthcare practices, in addition to looking to find a place of common agreement that exists simultaneously on both ends of the political spectrum. The works and events included in the exhibition create pathways for developing one’s relationship to the surrounding landscape as well as one’s own body.

The ToolBus is a mobile solar-powered innovation studio, built to empower boundless creative freedom. Walkthrough Imagination Avenue and hop on the bus to check out a unique workspace that is powered by solar energy. Check out some of Jeremy’s last innovations including Light Electric Flatpack Transportation (Lefts) an electric vehicle for mobile use With a range of 50 miles at speeds up to 30mph, a “left” and currently selling on the market. You’ll also see Airship Installation that was built in Rhode Island at Pneuhaus. As an entrepreneur in residence, Jeremy is focused on creating clean energy sources along with delightful ways to put that energy to use.

Jay Goldberg is an Artist in Residence at The Factory who is working on the upcoming multimedia exhibition — “The Memory of America Manchester: Remember Your First Baseball Game.” While you visit the Distillery, participate in a preview of the community collaborative art installation “Brick Powdered Memories.”
